Jessica Haws is the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Facilities Management & Corporate Development at NMC. She ensures operations run smoothly through expert administrative support, facility coordination, and vendor management.  

Before joining NMC, Haws built a strong foundation in administrative support, managing office operations, coordinating vendors and visitors, and maintaining day-to-day efficiency across a range of professional environments.

Haws excels at implementing processes that improve organization, writing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creating systems that drive lasting impact. Her experience in property oversight, professional communication, and operational support makes her a valuable asset in her multifaceted role at NMC.

Outside of work, Haws enjoys being active through hot yoga, mini golf, hiking, and playing pickleball. She also loves to crochet and has turned her passion into a small business catering to her friends and family. Additionally, Haws is fluent in both Russian and American Sign Language.
