Derrick Broadhead is a Facilities Manager at Nielsen Management Company, where he oversees everything from plumbing and electrical to infrastructure upgrades across multiple properties. He manages contractors and ensures projects are completed efficiently from start to finish.

Before joining NMC, Broadhead spent over 20 years as a facilities manager for a major defense contractor, overseeing both new builds and ongoing maintenance. His expertise spans infrastructure work of all kinds, and he brings the same standard of excellence to every project.

Broadhead thrives on solving problems in real-time and has a unique ability to shift focus and adapt quickly, whether he’s in the middle of a long-term build or handling an unexpected issue. He enjoys watching a project come to life from the ground up and values the opportunity to work alongside NMC’s tight-knit team.

He began his career with a residential plumbing outfit and has since earned multiple certifications and hands-on experience across the contracting world. Broadhead’s career has made him a true jack-of-all-trades and the go-to guy for anything building-related.

An avid outdoorsman, Broadhead spends most weekends in the mountains in his trailer—fishing, hunting, and enjoying time off the grid.
